Massage Treatments



Treatment is applied to areas that may have incurred injury or imbalance through sporting activities, work, or daily life.  Techniques including soft tissue work, trigger points and stretching are used to help the healing process and restore muscle function.


Swedish massage is one of the most traditional massage techniques which aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension. Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for relaxation and tension relief.

Aromatherapy massage:

Aromatherapy massage is a relaxing treatment, where therapeutic massage techniques are used to apply essential oils, which can help return the body to its optimal balance of physical health and mental wellbeing.  Aromatherapy can be used for a variety of physical and emotional problems.

All massage treatments can be adjusted to focus on a specific area (40mins), full body treatment (60mins) or deluxe ‘top to toe’ treatment including scalp and foot massage (90mins).

Wellbeing Therapies


Reflexology is a technique that applies gentle pressure to your feet (or hands). It aims to bring about a state of relaxation and help the body’s own healing process, working in a similar way to acupressure and acupuncture. 


This is an energy technique that can help promote balance and relaxation in mind and body.  Whether dealing with physical pain or emotional blockages, this treatment can help you release tension and restore a natural state of wellbeing.
